Return Policy

What is Artist Spot's return policy? 
We will credit all eligible returns provided you return them to us within (7) days of receipt. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. You have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or a credit to your Artist Spot' account. 

How do I know if the item is returnable?
If a product is eligible for return it will be indicated on your order confirmation page, as well as on the packing slip. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. 

What is the process for returning an item?
To initiate a return on a return-eligible item, email customercare@artistspotcommunity.org 

How will I know when my return has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, as well as the amount credited. 
If the refund is made to your credit card, please allow ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Did you receive the wrong item? Was your item damaged or defective?
If you believe you received an item in error, or if your item was damaged in transit or defective, please contact Customer Care so that we can assist you. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 7 days of delivery.
